Illegal aliens coming into our country are not immigrants or refugees. They are lawbreakers and need to be held accountable for this criminal behavior. 

 

Democratic policies have allowed an influx of criminals from adversarial nations to enter into our borders and have provided them with social services benefits that they are not entitled to. This travesty is effectively taking away resources from our poor, seniors, disabled, and veterans. 

 

There is a concerted effort by the democratic party to bring these communists, socialists, and anti-American dissidents into our country in an effort to turn us into a communist nation where freedom of religion, free enterprise, and national loyalty are replaced with radical, inhuman values that no reasonable people would accept. 

 

The goal now is to correct the situation by a series of provisions that include, but are not limited to, removing illegal aliens from our borders and restoring the United States as a law abiding, Christian nation that it was intended to be. 

 

First, we must close the borders to all immigration practices for a substantial period of time so that we may evaluate our situation to determine the best solution for a healthy outcome. 

 

Second, we must vet the illegals for past criminal behavior in their native countries and within our states; prosecuting them for their crimes here with the conviction being removal from our territory. 

 

Those with prior criminal records in their native countries must be extradited back to those nations for prosecution. 

 

For those that have worked here and have followed the law, we can offer an opportunity for them to obtain work visas to continue their residency in the United States, but NOT a path to citizenship. 

 

As they have come into our nation illegally, they have permanently forfeited their rights to qualify for citizenship; but they can reside as a free agent provided that they continue to follow the law. 

 

Certain provisions can be implemented that encourage a work ethic and help them to obtain a quality of life exceeding that of the lands they have left. 

 

Specific guidelines to protect our nation's sovereignty must be enacted which will include:

 

1)    No right to vote. 

2)    No right to own real estate or a business. 

3)    No rights to public assistance, welfare, Medicaid, or Social Security        services.

4)    No birthright citizenship for children born to illegals.
